I love making lists.

I have lists of the best restaurants in town, the best coffee shops, the best clubs, the best boutiques….

Lately though, all my lists are about healthy recipes, baby clothes, best baby diapers!!!

I am especially proud of my ‘Healthy Foods’ Table. Eating healthy was my doctor’s number one recommendation. So I made this table to remind me of the essential nutrients, I have to include in my diet .

Healthy Foods

Fortified Pasteurized Milk Vitamin D, Calcium helps build baby’s bones and teeth and is used for making hormones.
Pasteurized Yogurt Calcium Builds baby’s bones
Pasteurized Cheese Calcium Builds baby’s bones
Pasteurized Orange Juice Vitamin C &D
Cereal Folic acid, Iron, Fiber Folic acid helps baby’s cell division and healthy neural tubes.Iron is essential for producing the baby’s red blood cells.
Dark leafy greens: Spinach, Swiss chard, asparagus Folic acid, Calcium, Iron, Fiber Builds baby’s bones, helps cell divisions and healthy neural tubes, helps produce red blood cells.
Beans, Peanuts Folic acid, Iron, Protein Helps baby’s cell divisions and healthy neural tubes, helps produce red blood cells.
Cooked Fish Calcium, DHA Builds baby’s bones, DHA promotes fetal brain development and vision.
Cooked Meat Protein, Iron Helps produce baby’s red blood cells.
Cooked poultry Protein, Iron Helps produce baby’s red blood cells
Fruits Fiber, Vitamins
