Grandma’s Whole Wheat Vegetable Salad. Daily Prompt Nutrition

1-cup whole wheat

2-cups water

1-cup frozen corn

1 red bell pepper

1-yellow bell pepper

1-green bell pepper

1-large zucchini

4- scallions

Dressing

2-teaspoon olive oil

2-teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper

Boil the wheat in the water until soft. Drain and place in a bowl. Boil corn in water following package instruction, Cut all vegetables into small pieces and add to the bowl. Mix in dressing and refrigerate.
