Nana’s Three Spices Rice Pudding

1-cup rice flour

9-cups water

9-tablespoons brown sugar

1-tablespoon ground anis

1-tablespoon cinnamon

1-tablespoon ground caraway

Coconut flakes

Pine nuts

Golden raisins

Mix rice flour, water, sugar and spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Let it thicken while constantly stirring for 20 minutes. Pour into individual cups. Let it cool. Before serving garnish with coconut flakes, pine nuts and golden raisins.
