Roasted potatoes

5-large potatoes

2-tablespoons of olive oil

5-6 garlic cloves

Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut them in cubes and place in a large roasting pan. Add crushed garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Coat potatoes thoroughly. Roast for 30 minutes until golden brown.
